New PEP Profil page

Since the post Bacch program is ending, would the new version of PEP need to include this? Would this new system allow you to add or delete data areas on the profile or any page? Campus - we only have 3 - so I have never understood why all of the others are available on the drop down. As noted by Dawn - remove "rotation" and replace with APPE. Immunization page - How would we know when the information was last added/noted. In particular the health insurance should have a prompt to an academic year. I would also suggest a selection for a background check and to note the date completed - in case this needs to be completed more than once. In the IPPE selection - we should be able to removed the service learning selection and replace it with the Professional Development course title - to anticipate documentation requirements for this course to be added to PEP in the future. bjh

What will PEP include

Please respond to this list for inclusion the PEP 2012 - the new PEP. I am assumptive to the fact that it may take a bit of time to include all of this. What do we want in the system? 1. student EE schedules and database 2. preceptor EE schedules and database 3. immunization and attestation documentation database 4. student EE reflection and documentation submission database 5. E portfolio for students to maintain the information submitted for #4 6. student grading system - the PEP version for SUCCESS - given that this is a state wide (almost) system - is it possible to develop a similar version for our preceptors - making it transparent to them? 7. New cirriculum - the ability to adpat to cirricular changes over time What else? please respond, bjh

Student Profile - what data should be collected?

Hi, please see screen for Student Profile in PEPrx (https://cfsecure.nova.edu/PEPrx/students/profile.cfm). This will be the basic data collected from the students when they register with PEPrx.
Are there any other pieces of data you would like to have? Is any data on this form not necessary (should be removed from the form)? Please keep in mind that the Immunization Data, Cerfifications, Resume, Places I work(ed) (this is to prevent any rotation to be in their place of work) and anything else will go on other forms. This particular screen is for the basic student info. Any feedback will be helpful.
